Individual Application to the Constitutional Court

Applications to the Constitutional Court for violations of fundamental rights once domestic remedies are exhausted.

The Constitutional Court is one of the highest judicial bodies examining allegations that fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated. An individual application is an extraordinary remedy available to those who believe that public authorities have violated rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

The application examines whether fundamental rights such as the right to a fair trial, freedom of expression, the right to property and the right to privacy have been violated. It is only available after ordinary legal remedies have been exhausted, so it requires careful legal preparation.

Boybey Law & Consultancy provides comprehensive support throughout the individual application process: preparing the application, identifying its grounds, completing domestic remedies and submitting the necessary documents. Our aim is the effective protection of our clients' constitutional rights.
