Administrative Law

Annulment and full-remedy actions, administrative fines, disciplinary sanctions and expropriation.

Administrative law governs the relationship between individuals and state institutions. Administrative acts, decisions and actions carried out through public authority are its subject matter. Protecting citizens' rights against the administration is a requirement of the rule of law.

Where an administrative act is erroneous or unlawful, one may apply to the administrative courts for its annulment or for compensation of the resulting damage. Such cases require knowledge of public law and careful preparation.

Boybey Law & Consultancy represents clients in annulment actions, full-remedy actions, civil servant disciplinary sanctions, administrative fines, cancellation of licences and permits, and expropriation disputes, developing effective strategies in disputes with public authorities.
